Fear, shame or rejection from family, friends and society are the most common reasons why individuals fail to seek mental health services. It is also the definition of stigma. Mental health stigmas have an adverse effect on the well-being of individuals, families and communities. It is time to stop the stigma. These round table discussions are designed to educate you on the benefits of mental health services and create the path to wellness.
